Design Intent: Modeled after the Folk Victorian houses common in the area from 1870 to 1910, particularly the classically influenced subtype featuring two-story columns on a two-tiered, full-façade porch.

Description: New single-family 3-bedroom, 2 ½-bath residence with detached 2-car garage in the form of a 2½-story, 5 bay, center hall plan.

Square Footage: Conditioned Space = 2,900 sq. ft., Porches = 864 sq. ft., Garage = 475 sq. ft.
