Mediterranean villa completed in 1999 on the site of the house called Shadyside that was built for J.S. Cullinan. The construction utilizes traditional materials including clay tile, limestone and plaster as well as providing state-of-the-art electronics, security and mechanical systems. The plan provides spaces for gracious entertaining as well as casual family living. Custom wrought iron, antique terra cotta flooring and a vintage French limestone mantel give warmth and character.
