Restaurant - Cold Bar & Kitchen
The large dining room is
designed around a raw bar clad in statuary white marble
and stainless steel. A dessert station for the pastry chef
features green marble. The raw bar and dessert station were
designed as "stages" so that diners are treated
to a show as their appetizers and desserts are being prepared.
The long open kitchen front line and pickup counter were
also designed as part of "the show".
