EGA designed Galveston's first brew pub in the turn-of-the-century Armour Building in the Historic Strand District. Building components include a three story tower addition as well as a wrap-around third floor observation deck with dramatic views of Galveston Harbor. The first floor restaurant level includes an atrium entry, covered patio overlooking The Strand, vintage pine bar with copper brew tanks, dining rooms, and a full service kitchen with wood burning pizza oven. The second floor contains pub and entertainment areas, brewing tanks on display and an intimate outdoor deck. EGA provided complete architectural and interior design services for the project including the selection of all materials, furnishings, art, antiques and decorative objects.
