Restoration and adaptive re-use of a row of three-story buildings in Galveston's Historic Strand - circa 1870. The 80,000 square foot structure houses shops, a jazz club & restaurant and the new Galveston Mardi Gras Museum all designed by EGA. Building features include vintage ironwork, antique doors & hardware and period lighting fixtures.
