Before in 1940's and After in 2005

This photo is from Velma McLaughlin Smith's Family Album. The most significant changes noted in these photos are the enclosing of the left side porch and the changes to the entry steps. The remodeling of 2002 enclosed another porch in back, added the new front steps, which were missing, and changed the material at the foundation from wood shingles to pressed metal.
